Sprinkler Installation
Custom-designed irrigation systems with zoned coverage, smart controllers, and pressure-matched heads — engineered for your specific yard.
Papio SNL designs, installs, and maintains full-service irrigation and landscape systems across the Omaha metro — built to handle Nebraska summers and keep your yard thriving year after year.
From new installs to mid-season tune-ups, we handle every piece of your outdoor system so you don't have to juggle multiple contractors.
Custom-designed irrigation systems with zoned coverage, smart controllers, and pressure-matched heads — engineered for your specific yard.
We open your system in spring, pressure-test every zone, and blow it out cleanly before the first freeze — no surprises, no broken pipes.
Leaks, dry spots, broken heads, wiring issues — we track down the root cause and fix it right the first time, not band-aid it.
Beds, borders, plantings, and stone features designed to complement your home — low-maintenance, high-impact, built for Nebraska climates.
New lawn, patchy lawn, or drainage nightmare — we re-grade, prep soil, and install sod or seed so it takes root and stays green.
Fresh mulch refreshes, rock installs, bed edging, and seasonal clean-ups — the finishing touches that make a yard look maintained.
We started Papio SNL because the Omaha metro deserved a sprinkler and landscape company that answers the phone, shows up when promised, and stands behind the work. That's still how we run today — one yard, one handshake at a time.
Papillion and the surrounding metro sit right on the line between USDA Hardiness Zones 5b and 6a. That means real winters, hot humid summers, and a surprisingly wide range of species to pick from — as long as you choose varieties that can handle both ends. Here's what we reach for most often.
Cool-season blends thrive here — Kentucky bluegrass, tall fescue, and perennial ryegrass. Buffalograss is a great native option for low-water yards.
Bur oak, red and sugar maple, linden, honeylocust, redbud, and serviceberry all handle our swings in temperature and wind.
Hydrangea, lilac, viburnum, ninebark, spirea, and dogwood make reliable year-round backbone plantings.
Coneflower, black-eyed Susan, daylily, hosta, Russian sage, and sedum bring color spring through fall with very little fuss.
Note: after the USDA's 2023 zone map update, most of the Omaha metro shifted from Zone 5b to Zone 6a — so a few plants that used to be borderline now overwinter comfortably.
Every project is a little different — but the goal is the same: a yard that looks great from the first season onward.

Word of mouth is still our biggest referral source — and we take that seriously.
“Installed a brand-new sprinkler system for our whole yard. Crew was on time, cleaned up every day, and the zones are dialed in perfectly. Couldn't be happier.”
“Had two other companies quote a fix for a leak they couldn't find. Papio SNL diagnosed it in twenty minutes and had it repaired the same day.”
“They redid our front beds with new mulch, edging, and a couple of trees. Looks like a different house. Fair price, and they actually call you back.”
Based in Papillion, we travel throughout the area — and we're happy to take a look even if your town isn't listed.
